Meet Michele Scrime, DMD
With a passion for dental medicine and a dedication to providing top-notch care, Dr. Michele Scrime brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice. Graduating magna cum laude from Tufts School of Dental Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts in 1993, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine. Her academic excellence led her to become a member of the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, a testament to her commitment to excellence.
Driven by a thirst for knowledge, Dr. Scrime pursued further specialization in endodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. During her time at Harvard, she also achieved a Masters Degree in Medical Science and conducted groundbreaking research that led to a patent in 2004. This innovative research focused on the development of an antibiotic impregnated delivery system for endodontic therapy, demonstrating its effectiveness as an intracanal medicament.
Passionate about staying at the forefront of dental advancements, Dr. Scrime is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, New Jersey Dental Association, and the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society. She has also shared her expertise through engaging lectures for the Union College Pre-Medical Society and the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Assisting Society.
Throughout her career, Dr. Scrime has garnered recognition for her exceptional skills and patient-centered approach. New Jersey Monthly Magazine has consistently recognized her as a Top Endodontist since 2010, a true testament to her dedication to providing outstanding care to her patients.
